Staff was super friendly, with great breakfasts in the morning! Rooms were very clean, with a comfy bed and soft sheets. The front desk common area was all very thoughtful and brought tears to my eyes. Thank you for presenting everything in a very dignified and honoring way 🇺🇸💜

My family of 5 (me, hubby, and 3 kids, 15-13-9) traveled from slidell to San Marcos for a wedding in June and stayed in multiple hotels along the way, This place was one of them. . We stayed in a room with 2 queens and a sofa bed. This comfort suites was the nicest one we’ve stayed at out of the three we’ve stayed at so far this vacation. The front desk person was so nice and helpful. The elevator actually worked. The beds were super comfortable. Even the sofa bed/ It was quiet- no musty smell. Breakfast was amazing. The lady kept it stocked the entire time. The choices were great also. I felt safe at this hotel. I would 100% stay here again.
The rooms at this hotel are extremely outdated and dirty. The furniture is old and dated at best. The pullout sofa couch is stained and the cushions do not match. The walls are dirty and could use a fresh coat of paint. Scratch that. This place needs a complete make over. To to…

The walls are dirty and could use a fresh coat of paint. Scratch that. This place needs a complete make over. To top it off there is some mold inside of the room. The actual room that I got compared to the photos online or nothing like each other. I feel like it was false advertisement, and this misleads the public. The noise from the highway is very noisy. I won’t stay here again and advise you to choose a different hotel. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
