Comfort Inn & Suites Springfield I-44

I stayed in room 155. The rooms were not great, but the beds were comfy. Only one charger worked on the nightstand, and the USB A charger on the clock was broken. Beware of the room design and BRING AN EXTENSION CORD! The service was horrible. The people did not want to do their work, and the breakfast was cold. It could not have been more unprofessional. It is near downtown springfeild, but I don't count that on my review Do I reccomend? For the bed, yes. Everything else? No!

4 stars because the wifi was wonky. Other then that the rooms are clean the location is far enough from things to be quiet but close enough to walk to convince store wal mart food .. The woman who checked me in was great. She help me solve my issues when I got in about my booking did all she could about the wifi and was all around the best hotel checker inner person I've had help me in a very long time. She needs a raise I wish I remembered her name.

This is in a good location. There is enough parking. The elevator is in the middle. The pool and hot tub are on the ground floor, which is below the floor you walk in on. The pillows are nice. There are plenty of outlets. Breakfast had a good variety, although about the same as other hotels. Breakfast 6:30-10. It isn't too far from Walmart, although you probably would want to drive. Room 258 is wrapped around the elevator, which may be noisy for some people.
