City Hotel

The only good thing I can say about this place is that the staff is attentive, because the rest of the hotel sucks. Rooms are outdated, not clean, some have a fridge, some not, weird, specially when paying the same prize. Some things are broken in the rooms, even if they only have esthetical value. The shower floor was sticky. I left with various bug bites in the back and legs, I think there was bedbugs in my room. Only one of the five outlets in the room worked. Fortunately the WiFi worked, only thing. The hotel may seem in a good area, well it's not if you want to sleep, the bar under the windows is extremely noisy, with loud music, impossible to sleep until very late hours, plus loud cars and motorbikes make a lot of noise around until late hours too. The condoms for sale in the lobby, the +18 channels on the TV and the type of rooms, it looks like a very concrete type of motel, I don't think I have to specify more. Worst experience I've ever had in any hotel I've ever been. Don't waste your money here.

Disappointing 4-star experience, needs urgent improvementThis hotel definitely does not feel like a 4-star property. The cleanliness was a major issue—the room was dirty, and I even found hairs in the bed. I asked to change rooms, but the second one wasn’t much better. The entire place urgently needs renovation and a deep cleaning. On the positive side, the reception staff was very nice and helpful and the gym was very huge with everything that you need. The breakfast was just okay; there was a small selection, but you can find something to eat. I would not stay here again.
