Bordoy Continental Valldemossa

I celebrated my birthday at Hotel Bordoy Continental Valldemossa, and it was an unforgettable experience! The views from the hotel are absolutely stunning, perched atop a mountain with a fantastic sea view that takes your breath away. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The atmosphere was very relaxing, perfect for unwinding. The food was delicious, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay. As a lovely surprise, they sent a bottle of champagne to our room as a birthday gift, which was such a thoughtful touch! Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I definitely plan to return in the future. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking to escape!

Loved the hotel, worth the price. The views are great, the hotel made sure to put spots for relaxation around the hotel. There are also nearby hiking places. The hotel staff were also great, very friendly and helpful. Parking is also free. Only negative is for that price, breakfast should have been free. Also, bottled water is only free on the first day, but if you can take the walk down to the gym, there is a water dispenser there.

Had the good fortune to stay here last night. Junior suite 207 and cheaper than some premier inns or Travelodges at home but a thousand times better standard. Saw the dinner menu and it said the pasta carbonara was made with guancale and egg yolk. Classic style but seen it many times. It came split with no sauce whatsoever. I ate it as I was hungry and I never send food back for an alternative. Our server called Diane was ever so apologetic and didn't charge for this or the lovely tiramisu I had. Very professional and an asset to the company. The room was massive with the best shower ever and wonderful views. Unfortunately, a hotel of this standard should not be issuing towels full of holes. The pool towels were better quality. Diane served us again at breakfast was again, very professional. overall though, was a wonderful night's stay. All the staff were excellent to be fair and couldn't do enough for us.
