Unfortunately, the brunch was far below expectations, and the description does not match reality at all. The advertised offer says: "A rich buffet table with a wide breakfast selection - hot dishes, fish dishes, eggs, sausages, bacon, salad bar, and fresh fruits. A pastry station, as well as other popular breakfast items." However, the reality was completely different!! Calling these “hot dishes” is simply misleading. The so-called hot food was completely cold. The containers where the food was placed were not even heated, so there was no way for the dishes to stay warm. The omelette was horrible, and when we asked if we could order a proper freshly cooked omelette, we were told no. The pastries looked old, dry, and as if they had been sitting there for days. Overall, it felt like the most basic hotel breakfast you would expect from a 3-star hotel or less - definitely not a "brunch". For a hotel of this level, this offering is extremely disappointing and honestly embarrassing. The quality, freshness, and presentation simply do not meet the expectations created by the description or the reputation of the hotel. The only positive points were the service and the coffee. The waiters and the lady at the entrance were absolutely kind, welcoming, and professional - no complaints whatsoever about them.. Unfortunately, their excellent attitude cannot compensate for the poor quality of the brunch itself. 1 star only for the service and coffee. The brunch itself was a major disappointment and absolutely not worth the price!
