Good stay, clean and spacious room. Equipped with all your need. Good functional air conditioning （very important in summer) Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. I also like the water machine at the common area which allows me to refill my water bottles. Perfect location in the centre of the old city. Remarks: would be perfect if the shower could be stronger.

The owner and staff are incredibly empathetic. Words are not enough to describe their kindness. They score 10/10 in every aspect: food, cleanliness, hygiene, rooms, and ambience. However, when travelling in a foreign country, we often focus on facilities and forget that the most important factor can be the empathy and care shown by the hotel staff. Hotel Marwa - Tashkent - Food 2/10 ( actually pathetic I gave 2 because there was some food 😁) Empathy 0/10 , staff management and politeness - 0/10 , hygiene - 9/10…. I felt may there bad behaviour was driven by either racism or my religion … pathetic hotel … especially the guys sitting at reception on 7th June at 9 am made fun of my condition and were ignoring …..
