I had a fantastic stay. The apartments were spotless, comfortable and well equipped. The gym was excellent, and the breakfast was fresh with plenty of choice. What really made the difference, though, was the staff. The reception team were absolutely amazing. After a tough day, checking in to be greeted with genuine smiles, friendly jokes and such a warm welcome instantly lifted my mood. They have a real talent for making guests feel at home. A special mention also goes to the lady serving breakfast. She was the perfect example of British hospitality—so kind, thoughtful and genuinely caring. She even helped me with a fresh orange juice as I was helpless, and her warmth made my morning. What a lovely woman. The hotel is very lucky to have people like her. Overall, the apartments, gym, breakfast and, above all, the outstanding staff made this a perfect stay. I would happily return and highly recommend it.

Although my stay was back in February, I wanted to take the time to leave a review because exceptional customer service deserves to be recognised. A special thank you to Linda on reception, who was absolutely fantastic throughout my stay. She was warm, welcoming, professional and genuinely went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. No question was ever too much trouble, and she was always happy to help with recommendations for the city and anything else I needed. I'd also like to mention Rohit, who was friendly, helpful and contributed to making my stay a pleasant one. Both members of staff were a credit to the hotel, but Linda's exceptional hospitality really stood out and left a lasting impression. Thank you both for making my visit such an enjoyable experience. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This was our second time in Adagio and that probably says everything you need to know! We loved our first visit so much that we came back again and it was every bit as wonderful. The apartments are clean, peaceful, and perfect for families. It is spacious and comfortable, and the atmosphere is so relaxing that it genuinely feels like a home away from home. Breakfast was excellent on both visits. There is a great variety of food, which we really appreciated. Everything was fresh, there is a little kiddies corner in the restaurant for the kids to relax and play after breakfast, and every morning was something we all looked forward to. A special thank you to Linda, who made our stays so memorable. She is one of the kindest members of hotel staff we’ve ever met. She remembered our family when we returned, welcomed us so warmly, and was absolutely lovely with the kids. It’s those thoughtful touches that make a hotel truly stand out. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, family friendly stay with genuinely wonderful staff. And oh, it is only 4 mins away from the shopping mall!
