Abbey Hotel Bath, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

The hotel staff is friendly and helped us with our luggage to the room. The Room is spacious and nicely decorated, especially the bathroom with the picture tiles. The aircond does not work well and is noisy. Need the turn on the fan. However, we had a great breakfast and Sally who served us is the most warm and welcoming from the moment she greeted us and took our orders to the time we left. She made a good breakfast even better!

I selected the Abbey Hotel as the venue for my wedding breakfast and reception. Everyone in the hotel provided exceptional customer service. Since there was a last minute cancellation we were upgraded to a suite we're we received a beautiful bouquet of roses, a bottle of Prosecco and a lovely card congratulating is on our marriage. Angeles assisted us since day one giving us a tour of the hotel and helping us book our wedding breakfast and reception. One day before the wedding, Meagan and Kamal took care of checking in all our guests into their rooms. On our wedding day Sally, Joji and Sue made sure our guests and us were taken care of during our wedding breakfast and reception and ensured everything went smoothly. We could not have been happier with our stay at the Abbey Hotel. Everyone made us feel so taken care of on our special day. If you are planning a special event I would highly recommend the Abbey Hotel.

I did not stay at the property, but I did have lunch there as a walk-in guest. I would like to particularly commend Maya, who only joined the property last Sunday. She is truly exceptional. Individuals like Maya are precisely why guests would choose to return, and I am confident that she will advance rapidly in her career. The service was truly outstanding.
