Italy Adventure Tour

We meet at the international departures terminal of İzmir Airport three hours before the flight. After completing baggage, ticketing and boarding procedures, we fly to Bergamo on a charter flight operated by Corendon Airlines. Upon arrival, we board our private coach waiting at the airport and set off for Lake Garda. We take a short break at Lake Garda, Italy’s largest lake. We then depart for Venice at the time specified by our guide. Upon arrival in Venice, we transfer to our hotel. You have free time to rest.

After breakfast, we depart for a panoramic city tour. During the tour, we will see San Marco Square and Church, the Bridge of Sighs, Rialto Bridge, the Doge’s Palace, the Bell and Clock Towers, and Giorgio Maggiore Church. Guests who wish can join the optional Grand Canal Tour (55€), arranged by our guide at an extra charge. Presented as the only opportunity to see Venice from every angle, this tour follows the canal that serves as the city’s main transport route. Renaissance palaces line its banks. After the tour, we depart for Bologna. On arrival, we begin a panoramic city tour of Bologna. During the tour, we will see the Neptune Fountain, Piazza Maggiore (Main Square), the Old Stock Exchange Building, Europe’s first university building, Quadrilatero (old market), and the Garisenda and Asinelli Towers. After our visit to Bologna, we depart for Florence. On arrival in Florence, we transfer to our hotel, followed by free time to rest.

After breakfast in Florence, you will have free time throughout the day. Guests who wish may join the optional Portofino-Pisa Tour (125€), arranged by our guide at an extra cost. The first stop on the tour will be Portofino, a coastal town on the Italian Riviera. Visited by artists, film stars and travellers from around the world, the town offers views of pastel-coloured houses, a harbour where boats are moored and the Gulf of Genoa. Here, you can walk through the narrow streets, stop for an espresso at the harbour cafés and take photographs. After Portofino, we will continue to Pisa. We will have the opportunity to see the Leaning Tower of Pisa, considered one of the world's seven wonders, up close and take souvenir photographs. We will see Piazza dei Miracoli (Square of Miracles), which is next to the tower and on the UNESCO World Heritage List, along with the cathedral and baptistery in the square. At the end of the tour, you will be transferred to our hotel and have free time to rest.

After breakfast, we begin our panoramic city tour of Florence. As the birthplace of the Renaissance and the city where it developed, Florence holds an important place in the world's cultural heritage. The city saw significant developments in art, science and philosophy. With the support of the Medici family, artists and scientists such as Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo, Botticelli and Brunelleschi worked here. Sights on the tour include the Arno River, which divides the city in two, Ponte Vecchio Bridge, known for its jewellers, Palazzo Vecchio and Piazza Della Signoria Square, home to the statues of Hercules and David, which are among the masterpieces of the Renaissance. The tour also includes views of Florence Cathedral (Santa Maria del Fiore Duomo), with the 3rd highest dome in Italy, and the Baptistery, known for its door. After the panoramic city tour of Florence, we depart for Rome. On arrival in Rome, you will be transferred to your hotel and have free time to rest.

After breakfast, we depart for Rome. Our first stop is Termini Central Railway Station, where we have free time. Then, guests who wish to join the optional Rome Monuments Tour (55€) set off with us. Throughout its history, Rome has been home to emperors, gladiators and works of art. During the tour, we view Castel Sant’Angelo, where Cem Sultan was imprisoned, from the outside. Built as a mausoleum by order of the Roman Emperor Hadrian, Castel Sant'Angelo was later converted into a fortress and served as a prison and papal fortress during the Middle Ages and the Renaissance. Our next stop is the Colosseum, where gladiators and wild animals once fought before crowds. After viewing the Colosseum from the outside, we visit the Trevi Fountain (Fontana di Trevi), known for its sculptures and made famous by the film La Dolce Vita. Other sights we will see include the Roman Forum, the social, commercial and religious centre of its time, the Temple of Hadrian, the Pantheon and the Spanish Steps, which have 135 steps and a fountain shaped like a sunken boat at their base. We then head to St. Peter's Square in the Vatican. On arrival, we have free time to explore the square.

After breakfast at the hotel, you will have free time until the time set by our guide. Guests who wish may join the optional Lakes District & Outlet - Castel Gandolfo/Nemi Tour (75€), available at an extra charge. We depart for Castel Gandolfo, a town built around a castle and known for its stone streets. The town is noted for its historic buildings and natural surroundings. Lake Nemi is nearby, while the Papal Palace, used by popes as a retreat for centuries, stands in the town centre. The palace gardens have walking paths lined with flowers. Nemi is known for its strawberry fields and its Strawberry Festival, celebrated each year. After visiting Nemi, you will have free time in Italy's best-known outlet shopping area. These shopping centres are popular with locals and tourists. After exploring Rome's historic and cultural sites, you can take a break here and shop for yourself and your loved ones. After our tour, we depart for Bologna. On arrival, we provide a transfer to your hotel and free time to rest.

After breakfast, we depart from Bologna for Milan. On arrival, we begin a panoramic tour of Milan. Located in northern Italy, Milan is a centre for fashion, design and business. Milan Cathedral (Duomo di Milano) is one of the city's well-known buildings and features Gothic architecture. It is the fifth-largest church in the world and also one of Europe's largest Gothic cathedrals. Its white marble exterior is decorated with detailed carvings. The front facade has numerous statues and carvings. The golden Madonnina statue at the top of the cathedral is regarded as the city's patron saint. Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, right next to the Duomo, is a shopping arcade known for its glass roof and mosaic floors. It houses luxury brand stores, cafés and restaurants. The arcade has four main entrances, the best known of which is on the Piazza del Duomo side. Viewed from this entrance, the building's architecture brings together modern engineering and traditional art. After the tour, we transfer to the hotel. There is free time to rest.

After breakfast, we check out of our rooms and have free time until our transfer. We meet at the time specified by our guide and travel by private bus to Bergamo Airport. We fly to İzmir with Corendon Airlines. Our tour ends upon arrival in İzmir. We hope to see you again on another tour.
