The breakfast selection is varied and enjoyable, while the swimming pool on the sixth floor is another useful facility. Service is one of the hotel’s strongest points. Some parts of the property feel slightly dated and may need more regular maintenance. The parking area can also become crowded during weekends or long holidays, while the lift from the parking area to the lobby may take quite a while. Valet service is available when parking is full. Overall, Wyndham Surabaya offers a pleasant stay with spacious rooms, good facilities, warm service, and an excellent central location. 2 days ago we're stay in Wyndham Surabaya Hotel, for celebrating my birthday. All staff good politely helpful and always keep smiling. And the most important good greeting for the guest. We got the room 20th floor room number 2031 the best view, with city view and we can se Tunjungan Plaza from our room. Room cleaning proper no any dust all clean, complete amenities, and have hairdryer. Bathtub proper clean also. Sleeping comfort and breakfast best 💯. All menu perfectly nice and for my husband everything nice because available western breakfast also with complete menu not just only Indonesian food. I'm so appreciate all staff Wyndham Surabaya Hotel, all best. They decor our room perfect as like my husband request. Thank you for make my birthday more special Wyndham Surabaya Hotel.
