I think it's one of the best hotels in Surabaya. The rooms are very spacious and comfy. You don't even have to worry about the service because it's exceptional. Their breakfast selection is amazing and delicious. Plus, the location is right next to Pakuwon Mall, Surabaya. I only stayed for two nights for a staycation (as a Surabaya resident), and I really enjoyed my time here. Highly recommended!
Only stayed for a night but it was a pleasant stay. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The view from my room was awesome (I stayed at 29a floor). The breakfast wasn't the best but still good. I love their location, one step away from Pakuwon Trade Center. Made easier to buy food and stuff needed during the stay.
