NO HOT WATER. Upon check in, we were not informed that hot water supply was cut due to technical problems. We found out when trying to shower after using the pool. Hot water supply was restored the morning after. And they didn't show any intention of compensating us in any way. Also, the room and the building are in bad shape overall, not well maintained. Furniture worn, broken handles, non-working outlets (I woke up to a dead phone battery). No complimentary drinking water. The TV set is from early 2000s, really small. The pool is super noisy, and very poorly lit. This all sounds like we are trying to find problems, but the overall experience was really below our expectations for such a renowned Hotel. Think twice before booking.
Atrocious condition. Stayed here during our wedding but the hotel is dangerously dilapidated and horribly maintained. Nobody answers phone, bathroom shower flooded, no phones in rooms, no parking. Shocking situation for $200-300+ per night. 1-2 star quality. Staff were reasonably friendly at least.
