They cancelled my 6-months Booking reservation during the last week, falsely claiming that they could not process my credit cards (valid and accepted everywhere). I even offered them to prepay and they did not accept. Eventually they even offered me different dates despite their initial card claim. All that because they would not honestly admit that they wanted to favour another last-minute customer by ignoring their commitment to me in Booking.com. No other comments...
The cleanest hotel that we stayed in this trip. The shower was also the best. In a good location not far from the lake, a few good restaurants nearby and not a long walk into the main town.

I had a very disappointing experience with this place. The owners were incredibly rude and unwelcoming from the start. To make matters worse, they canceled my reservation without providing any explanation. When I reached out for clarification, they were dismissive and unhelpful. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially when people are making travel plans based on their bookings. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and hospitable stay. There are plenty of other options where guests are actually treated with respect.
