Fantastic two-night stay while attending the cricket at Old Trafford, which is just a 10-minute walk away. The tram stop is less than five minutes on foot, making it easy to get to Salford Quays and Manchester city centre. The room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed and an excellent shower. With temperatures reaching 35°C during our stay, it was a lovely touch to find a fan already set up and running when we arrived, and the room remained surprisingly comfortable throughout. A proper Smart tv in the room was very welcome, too. We had dinner in the restaurant and were very impressed. There was a good range of dishes, all of excellent quality and very reasonably priced. Breakfast was equally enjoyable, with plenty of choice – I particularly enjoyed the smashed avocado on toast with poached eggs and bacon. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and we would definitely stay here again.

So if you are a cricket fan this place is perfect. Car parking is ok £ 5 a night. There is a large bingo hall over the road if that's your thing. The buses are ok. If you want to go to the city. Go out of the hotel turn right cross the road turn left at the cross road. The bus stop is across the road the bus is the 255 or 256. Into the city. We would definitely come again. The hotel food was excellent. Can't say anything about breakfast..we are not breakfast people. Also a reasonable price for the food and drinks. Hope this review is of some help to you. Our room was lovely we had room 001. If you have any difficulties walking get it touch with the hotel. They were very helpful. They made sure we had a ground floor room 😁😁😁
Simple small-scale hotel with bar doubling as breakfast area in the basement. We got upgraded to the grand suite which was much like a normal room in size, but with two connected rooms (two double beds) and very high ceiling. Nice straff, but the breakfast was a little limited.
