We had a fantastic stay at the Edwardian Hotel Manchester. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional—every hotel should strive to provide this level of customer care. A special mention goes to Coal on reception, who was brilliant throughout our stay. He was welcoming, informative, and incredibly helpful with everything we needed, making us feel looked after from start to finish. The only slight disappointment was that the sauna was closed for renovation, as we were looking forward to using it. That said, the steam room was excellent and more than made up for it. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for outstanding service and a great place to stay in Manchester.

Absolutely fantastic stay at The Edwardian Manchester. From the moment we arrived, everything felt luxurious, welcoming and exceptionally well maintained. The hotel itself is beautiful, incredibly clean and felt very safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, professional and attentive, and really added to the overall experience. The spa facilities were a particular highlight absolutely amazing. Everything was beautifully presented, clean and relaxing, we tried the Caribbean storm shower, it felt really good and it was the perfect place to unwind and make the most of our stay. The combination of the beautiful surroundings, excellent service and fantastic facilities made the whole experience feel truly special. The only minor downside was having to pay for parking. However, even with that, the hotel discounted the parking rate by 40%, which I thought was very commendable and showed that they genuinely value their guests. Overall, I loved every bit of our stay. The Edwardian Manchester exceeded our expectations, and I would happily stay here again. A beautiful, luxurious hotel with wonderful staff and excellent facilities. 5 stars without hesitation!

Staff was extremely polite and attentive Salim in the service on the breakfast was a star, he served us very politely and attentive, his attitude and service was exceptional. Amazing hospitality and the hotel interior, the spa and the pool etc is absolutely immaculate. What a stay me and my partner have had. Loved this place I will most certainly be back again. Thank you
