We did not stay here but had lunch in the courtyard. Was recommended by AI as one of the nicest terraces for lunch in the city. I "get" that we're in Spain but American hotel properties should adhere to an American standard. This did not. We had to hunt someone down to seat us outside. Waited FOREVER for service. We were charged for menu items that were ordered but never delivered and the food was just mediocre. Also surrounded by smokers and annoying soccer bros who were over served and had to be scolded by wait staff and asked to be quiet. Staff seemed generally disinterested. Upside: Beautiful exterior and courtyard and a nice part of the city. Lovely decor inside and cool looking restaurant. SKIP IT. Better places everywhere.

I had a wonderful experience at The Westin Valencia and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in Valencia. From the moment we arrived, the hotel impressed us with its beautiful architecture, elegant interiors, and warm, professional service. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with everything you would expect from a high-quality luxury hotel. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, making it very easy to relax and unwind after exploring the city. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our stay, always willing to help and ensuring that everything was taken care of. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is elegant and peaceful, while still being conveniently located for exploring Valencia. The facilities were excellent, and the attention to detail throughout the hotel really stood out. It is the kind of place where you genuinely feel looked after rather than simply being another guest. Overall, The Westin Valencia is a fantastic hotel that combines luxury, comfort, excellent service, and a great location. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return on my next visit to Valencia. Highly recommended and easily deserving of 5 stars!

Nice hotel conveniently located in a quiet neighbourhood outside of the downtown core - but still easily walkable to everything. Service was impeccable. Everyone was extremely nice and professional from the moment of check in to check out. I booked a standard king room and was upgraded to a junior suite due to my Marriott status. Although the rooms were slightly dated, they were very clean and well kept and the vibe was great. The gym is really nice too - very spacious with lots of equipment and free weights. The breakfast buffet was very delicious and the servers were very professional as well. If/when I return to Valencia, I would definitely stay here again!
