We had a superior room. They let us check in early which is a bonus point already. Hotel appears new or recently refurbished and we loved the decor throughout. Rooms were clean, and very effective Aircon. Bathroom was a good size and well equipped. The bar was very nice and we were in there every day. Fantastic hotel!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The location is excellent: a quiet, green neighborhood with plenty of cafés, a large shopping mall, supermarket, metro access, and a beautiful city beach just across the road. Unlike the busy city center, the area is peaceful and perfect for a relaxing vacation. The breakfast was outstanding, with fresh and delicious food, great coffee, and a wide variety of fruits. The rooftop pool and bar were a highlight of our stay, offering breathtaking views of the entire city. What impressed us most was the exceptional cleanliness. We have stayed in many hotels, but rarely have we seen such a high standard. The room and bathroom were spotless, everything was shining, and housekeeping kept everything perfect every day. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the minibar was especially convenient for grabbing cold water before heading to the beach. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed. Overall, we were impressed by the comfort, cleanliness, service, amazing views, and peaceful atmosphere. A perfect place for a truly relaxing stay, and we would gladly return.

My son broke his pelvis 3 days before we were supposed to check in. I reached out to the hotel the day before once we realised that we would not make it in time to try to postpone our stay by a couple of days or cancel if we could not postpone. They outright said that there are no cancellations or modifications allowed, even with a medical certificate and scans showing his broken pelvis. I understand how policies work but having a little bit of humanity and understanding for a family in a difficult situation would be nice.
