The property is stylish, impeccably clean, and in a fantastic location for exploring everything Valencia has to offer. 🌴🇪🇸 The staff were warm, welcoming, and always happy to help with recommendations, directions, and local tips. Huge shoutout to Sandra at the front desk. Her service made us feel at home from the moment we arrived and added a personal touch to our entire stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. The breakfast buffet was good also. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Valencia! 😊

Have stayed here a few times and usually got a generally clean and spacious room. However, things are not as good anymore. Room 104 need a renovation. The windows are not sealed and making loud cracking sounds. Found food on floor, desk not wiped, dirty floor and walls, a lamp that does not have a plug (why is it there?). Stains on bed sheets and towels. No coffee in the room. I paid $ and I am hesitant to stay here again. I have another upcoming booking but will most likely cancel it. The reception staff working were not trained properly. It took ages to check in and my key was not working. Other customers had the same issue. From April 2026, I cannot recommend this hotel anymore.
We had an amazing stay, the staff was friendly and helpt us with an early check-in due to a flight change. The rooms were spacious and clean. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a visit to Valencia, also because of the good location between the city and the beach!
