It is good hotel overall. The gym was small but clean with nice view. You have direct access to the mall. Parking is free which is nice but not a lot Of space so you have to park further late at night. The rooms didn’t have proper isolation which made me wake up in the morning a lot. The bed is comfortable as expected. Lounge breakfast was decent. I had always to ask for water as they only had one bottle in the room.

We had an amazing stay at The Westin Oaks Houston at the Galleria! The hotel’s direct access to the Galleria Mall is unbeatable. We never had to leave the building to enjoy great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment—everything was conveniently located in one place. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, and our room was incredibly spacious. This was actually the first hotel we’ve stayed in that offered two king-size beds, which was perfect for our family and made our stay even more comfortable. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. The valet team, doormen, and front desk staff were all exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful. One of the things we appreciated most was that the hotel is pet-friendly. They even provided a complimentary dog bed for our furry family member, which was such a thoughtful touch and made our stay even more enjoyable. We originally planned to stay for just one night, but we loved it so much that we extended our stay. The hotel truly has everything you could ask for—comfort, relaxation, excellent service, and unbeatable access to shopping and dining. Our family never wanted to leave! We will definitely be back and highly recommend The Westin Oaks Houston at the Galleria to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, pet-friendly, and conveniently located hotel. It exceeded our expectations in every way!

After some initial confusion about parking, I found the hotel to be great. However, I was not happy about being unable to park close to the hotel entrance for check-in, and construction blocks access to the underground garage near the hotel. The staff was very helpful and reassuring. For lessons learned, I recommend calling the front desk before your arrival to understand the parking situation. Also, avoid bringing large vehicles, as the sharp curb radii and limited clearance (just over 6 feet) make parking challenging.
