How this dump even received a positive star is a mystery to me. I wish I could leave a -100 rating. That’s what the rating should be. This scuzz ball room we stayed in was a joke. Awful smell, high humidity, just awful. Left FIVE messages over a THREE day period for manager to call me, never received a call. Now that’s service isn’t it!!!…what kind of people does Marriott hire…they hire people that don’t care. So I canceled my Bon voy acct..you guys can take my points and stick them where the sun doesn’t shine. Good by and good riddance. BTW, for good measure, I sent an email blast out to all of our customers, vendors, and employees to avoid all Marriott properties

We booked three rooms at this hotel for two nights. When we arrived, there was a notice of violation on the door from MARCH! Should have turned around then, but we checked in and went to the rooms. Absolutely disgusting. Stains on the linens. Urine smell in the hallway and the rooms. Door jambs and furniture were torn up. We walked back down to the front desk, told them what we experienced and checked out. We got the rooms through Amex, so we told AMEX about it and they emailed the manager to request a refund. Manager emailed back there would be no refund, then flat out lied that we had stayed in the rooms and had not complained to the front desk. Unbelievable. Especially disappointed because it’s a Marriott.

HONEST Review: This place was a disappointment and utterly disgusting. The location is great as it’s near a lot of restaurants and grocery stores but cleanliness? Not a thing here. The roaches crawling outside of the double doors was a dead giveaway, the lobby had trash overflowing by the common areas. There was bugs in the light fixtures in our room, in the halls, the paint in the room was bubbled up, the door of the room floor was lifted off the floor, bugs could’ve easily crawled in if not already, the wood floor were dirty….it was just gross in here. Everywhere. The halls smelled like weed too and the halls and rooms smelled stale and old and just unclean. Then there’s a microwaves inside the room(That’s never a good sign). 0/10 recommend.
