I had an amazing stay at The St. Regis New York. As expected, the St. Regis brand lived up to its reputation and delivered a truly luxurious experience. From the moment I walked into the room, I was impressed. The decor was beautiful and elegant, with the perfect mix of old-world charm and modern comfort. Even though the hotel has such a rich history dating back to 1904, the room did not feel outdated at all. Everything was incredibly well maintained, thoughtfully designed, and luxurious without feeling excessive or overdone. One thing I was really looking forward to was trying the room service, and it ended up being one of the highlights of my stay. The lobster salad was absolutely phenomenal, the fries were honestly some of the best I’ve had, and the chocolate mousse was so good that I would happily order all three again on my next visit. I was also very excited to visit the King Cole Bar, especially since it is the birthplace of the original Red Snapper cocktail, which later became known around the world as the Bloody Mary. The bar itself is beautiful, with incredible artwork, a classic New York atmosphere, and so much character. Of course, I had to try the famous cocktail, and it did not disappoint. It was the perfect drink to enjoy in such an iconic setting. My only regret is that I didn’t wake up in time to experience breakfast at the hotel. After seeing how impressive the rest of the dining experience was, I have a feeling it would have been just as memorable. Overall, The St. Regis New York was everything I hoped it would be: elegant, welcoming, and full of history while still feeling fresh and luxurious. I would absolutely stay here again.

I’m just not feeling 1,500.oo - 2,000.oo a night for this one. Lots of history, great bar, The Ole King Cole, awesome bartender Adam. Breakfast was solid too. All in all for the price I just feel there are other options, but it is a great old hotel.

Each carpeted room has a double bed or a king-size bed, a living room, air conditioning and central heating. A safe, a minibar, a desk, a fridge, a tea/coffee station and an ironing set are provided, along with a telephone, a TV, a radio, a stereo system and a CD player. Bathrooms hold a shower and a bathtub, with a hairdryer, a vanity mirror and bathrobes. Rooms and bathrooms suitable for wheelchair access can be booked, as can family rooms and non-smoking rooms.
Food and drink
A restaurant, a dining area, a breakfast room, a cafe and a bar serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the kitchen handles special dietary requests and catering orders.
