The Seahaus Hotel, Atlantic City, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

This was our second stay as we stayed 8 days. It was fantastic from the very beginning as we expected and each day we were treated like family by everyone employed by the Seahaus with whom we came into contact! Thus included the front desk staff (everyone), assistant managers and manager! It also includes a very capable and polite / friendly security professional asvwelk as a very efficient and friendly housekeeping staff that showed great flexibility in letting us request time blocks to clean our room in data we chose to request that. The view from the balcony overlooking the ocean from the 4th floor was amazing and breathtaking!!! The room was discus and comfortable as well as quiet. The TV was large and clear with many channels including the option to log into Prime or Netflix as well as other streaming services! The hotel us situated perfectly on the Boardwalk just the Tropicana with so many great restaurants, stores and entertainment including an iMax theater. The Seahaus is safe, friendly, comfortable and feels like a home away from home. Just a few hundred yards the other direction is the community of Ventnor City (think Monopoly board game) where wonderful cafes and restaurants are located as well as a pickleball and tennis outdoor club! The beach is clean and safe and but typically crowded close to the hotel! We have already booked another week just 6 weeks after our second stay in June. Thus is an exceptional place with wonderful staff!!!!!

The Seahaus Hotel is a nice hotel, at the end off the casinos on the boardwalk. The good: The staff are very nice and it is very clean. During our visit, there was some very loud visitors on the floor at 4 am. Immediately I heard someone from the hotel quiet them down. There are bikes available, and the beach access is close, without having to walk through a casino. The OK: Breakfast at the restaurant was good, when it was available. We had one day that they weren’t cooking. As we received it as a perk for being a Bonvoy member, we did receive points instead for that day (good customer service). The Bad: The rooms are very small, as are the bathrooms. I had a limited ocean view room with a balcony, but you couldn’t sit out there because it faced the parking garage and the air handlers were so noisy. The parking - we were lucky to find a place in the lot. It is too small for the size of the hotel. All in all a good stay, and we will probably stay there again.

I've lived in Jersey all 31 years of my life and I have never experienced a hotel like this. I literally feel like I'm in South Beach Miami on Ocean Drive. The location is perfect. It's right on the boardwalk next to the Tropicana. They have parking they have a beautiful Italian restaurant that's like waterfront, Jocelyn, Peter and Crystal were more than welcome in and made me and my mother's graduation and Mother's Day celebration immaculate. We will be back and I can't wait to see everybody about this. I kinda wanna keep it to myself because it's so good but I'm not going to.
