Showboat Atlantic City

My week long stay at Showboat Hotel for my boyfriend's birthday was magical. Even before our arrival, I was in contact with the hotel staff, who were always attentive. We were very well received. A special thank you to Melissa from Room Sales for her incredible help with everything I requested. As a Hospitality Management graduate, I can say the hotel has a great location. As an area for improvement, I believe the check-in process should be more efficient. The line was quite long and the front desk staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. I also noticed several ballrooms/event spaces that appear to be unused. It would be a great opportunity to turn them into restaurants or new amenities. This would encourage guests to stay and spend more time inside the property, especially given the strong hotel competition in the area. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I would return. Thank you for making this celebration unforgettable.

This was a great family place. The fun was nonstop. There was so much to do and the price was just right. We entered the water park at 4pm when there was a discount. We had the beach all day. We played games and enjoyed the decor... art and game themes... we would definitely do it again. It was kid and pet friendly but all the noise and action was on the main floor.

For this to be my first time in Atlantic City, I thoroughly enjoyed the stay, especially in the Balcony Suite on the 24th floor. The suite was clean and homely. The view of the boardwalk & wrap-around balcony plus being greeted by the ocean waves in the morning is a big part of why I picked this particular resort. I would also love to mention the accommodations and customer service provided by Tomica (Guest Services Resort Concierge). She was nothing short of warm and welcoming. She offered great insight as to what events took place for weekend, Waterpark information, as well as food recommendations). She is worth recognizing & her helpfulness is appreciated.
