Possibly the highest level of service I’ve received at any hotel anywhere. The concierge, Cherry, was particularly great. She gave me her WhatsApp and responded immediately throughout my stay whether she was on duty or not. It felt like every staff member knew me by name. The room was beautiful. The hotel smelled wonderful, not in a cloying perfumed way, just something subtle in the background that I didn’t even notice until the last day. The location was great. I walked to the square, people’s park, and lots of shopping districts. They also have a bus that takes you to the panda park for free on the weekends.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, professional, and always willing to help. One of the highlights of our stay was how they helped us organize a birthday celebration for my sister, which made the occasion even more special. We also accidentally left my sister’s glasses in a DiDi car, and the hotel team kindly contacted the driver and helped arrange for the glasses to be returned to us. A special thank you to Meria for assisting me with ordering flowers and making the process so easy and smooth. Her kindness and excellent service were truly appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for two nights to try it out, as it was our first time visiting Chengdu. The hospitality was excellent, and the room rate was very reasonable. I especially loved the breakfast spread, which maintained the same high standard I’ve come to expect from other Ritz-Carlton properties. I noticed that some reviews mentioned the service wasn’t on par with other Ritz-Carlton hotels, but that wasn’t my experience at all. I found the service to be just as attentive and professional. If you’re staying here, the Michelin-starred Li Xuan restaurant is a must-visit. The food and dining experience were exceptional.
