As a Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Elite, this property completely fails to meet Marriott standards, which is why I have cancelled all my bookings here. Elite benefits are meaningless at this hotel. You will not be upgraded unless you already pay for a suite price (the room rates has dropped and the earlier booking for normal room = suite price), and they claim upgrades are decided on day of check in, which conveniently removes any obligation to honour Platinum benefits. They only upgraded my earlier booking with a higher price and refused to do based on my recent date even after applying Suite Night Awards, the hotel refused the upgrade with endless excuses. Despite the reservation being made months ahead, not last minute. Minor booking changes were used as a weak justification to deny benefits. There is zero elite recognition, zero service, and zero accountability. If you are a Bonvoy Platinum Elite, do not expect any service or benefits here.
Mostly perfect except some staffs couldn’t communicate English. But most of them speak very well and all of them having service mind. New facilities and good breakfast. Next to metro station.
