We stayed here for 2 times and loved it each time. The location is so perfect. Across the street is Victoria Park which we loved it so much. My son played soccer there a few times and we did a walk to relax. The shops and restaurants around us are amazing. The rooms are a little bit dated need upgrade but it's very clean which is more important to us. Would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I recently stayed at The Park Lane Hong Kong from 17 to 20 July for a short getaway, and it was an exceptional experience from the time we check-in till the time we check-out. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Kitty and Sarah at check-in. Their professionalism, efficiency, and genuine hospitality made us feel right at home and set the tone for a wonderful stay. Compliments also goes out to the amazing team at the Executive Lounge—June, Samson, Julia, Sandy, Grace, Raymond, Neo, Michelle, Julius, Purple, Wincy, Joey, William, Jack, and Keung. Every one of them consistently delivered attentive, friendly, and personalized service. They always greeted us with warm smiles, took the time to ensure we were well looked after, and made every lounge visit a truly enjoyable and relaxing experience. Their dedication to excellent hospitality is a true credit to the hotel. We would also like to express our appreciation to the many other staff members across the various departments of the hotel. Whether it was housekeeping, concierge, food and beverage, or anyone we met during our stay, everyone was courteous, professional, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding service. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, the room was comfortable and spotless, and the location is perfect for exploring Hong Kong while still offering a relaxing retreat at the end of the day. Apparently the only minor let down was the view from the room. The whole experience would have been perfect if not for the view. Nonetheless thank you to the entire team at The Park Lane Hong Kong for making our short getaway so memorable. We left with wonderful memories and are already looking forward to our next visit. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking exceptional hospitality and a truly five-star experience.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations to align with its new brand name. I stayed in one of the renovated rooms, and the interior was much more modern and comfortable than before. On the downside, the bathwater was a bit cold in the evening, and my room had no real view as it faced a commercial building right across. I recommend booking a park-view room instead. As for breakfast, there was a wide variety of western and Chinese dishes, and everything tasted great.
