I chose this hotel because it was close to the event venue at the LKS Faculty of Medicine. However, walking wasn't an option due to the distance, and there was no public transport serving the route, so I had to take a taxi or Uber. The hotel is located quite far from the main bustling areas. On the plus side, there is a free hourly shuttle service to and from Hong Kong Station. It is a fair distance to the nearest halal dining options in Causeway Bay or Wan Chai. There were very limited breakfast options for Muslims or halal-friendly choices. Rice was not included in the buffet spread but could be requested specially from the staff.
Front desk service is quite rude. I asked the lighter from the front office guy to smoke at designated area but his reply is just "No. No." That's it. I was in-house guest and stayed there for 2 nights. I'm not sure whether he can understand English or not. Housekeeping girl is very nice and polite. Overall fine!
