Traditional Dim Sum feast in bamboo baskets across Hong Kong
Hong Kong · Hong Kong
About this experience
Dim sum is one of Hong Kong's best loved food traditions. Small bites steamed in bamboo baskets arrive at the table in turns, with dough, meat, prawn and vegetable fillings shared over tea. Each basket means a new taste and a new bit of conversation.
Baskets are meant for sharing, so try small portions. If you have a seafood, gluten or other allergy, mention it beforehand. Morning to lunchtime is the traditional time for dim sum.
