Our family stayed in a junior suite and also a 4 person room with a balcony. Everything was exceptional, stunning room, beautiful property, and genuinely warm and friendly staff. The location was perfect … tucked on a quiet side street yet close to everything you’d want to explore. Breakfast deserves a special mention. Sandra and Ignace went above and beyond to make sure every guest felt looked after, including the vegans in our group … exceptional meal! It was the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had and absolutely worth the money. We will definitely return.

We had a really lovely stay at The Pand Hotel in Bruges. The staff were extremely helpful and always greeted us with a big smile, which made the whole experience feel very welcoming. The hotel itself is a charming little boutique hotel with cozy rooms. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very quiet, so it was easy to get a good night’s sleep after walking around the city. Breakfast was excellent with a great à la carte selection. Everything was fresh and delicious. The location is also perfect; right in the old town city center and within easy walking distance of everything. Will definitely come back.

this hotel is great, the location is perfect - beautiful tree-lined street - the rooms are spacious and clean, the bathtubs sumptuous (and bubbly!), the food is delicious and never-ending...but the thing that stands out about The Pand is the people and the amazing service they provide! From the moment we checked in to to the moment we left, everyone was so welcoming and helpful. The front desk staff made us feel right at home, and, most attentive of all, was the waitstaff at our DELICIOUS and MASSIVE BREAKFAST! We could not have had a more relaxing or luxurious stay anywhere in this beautiful city...THANK YOU to everyone at the Pand hotel!
