We had a fantastic stay at Crowne Plaza Brugge — truly a great hotel! For a family, it feels like the perfect choice when you consider the price, location, and level of service. The hospitality was exceptional. Zita at reception, along with her colleagues, and Luk at breakfast were incredibly warm and welcoming. You could really feel that they genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. We did have an issue with our initial room (212), which was quite noisy and affected our first night’s sleep. However, after speaking with Zita in the morning, we were quickly moved to a quieter and even larger room, the problem was handled immediately and professionally. The location is unbeatable, and having on-site parking (paid) made everything so convenient and stress-free. If we return to Bruges, we will definitely stay here again! Highly recommended.
This was a top notch experience! I traveled solo with my three children, and the Crowne plaza made everything as easy as it could be. The staff was so friendly, helpful and caring. You could tell they truly cared. The location is superb. Parking is easy. Definitely recommend.

I get it, it’s not the cheapest hotel in Bruges, but this is one of those times where it’s absolutely worth it. You really feel what you’re paying for. The service is excellent — the staff are super friendly, helpful, and actually welcoming (not that fake polite vibe). Everything is clean, well-maintained, and just comfortable. Breakfast is great too — solid variety, fresh food, and a perfect start to the day. And the location… just top tier. You’re right in the center of everything, which makes exploring Bruges incredibly easy. Would definitely stay here again.
