Absolutely quality hotel. We had a lovely weekend. It’s the little things - super attentive, professional staff; breakfast where they make you fresh waffles and/or great eggs to order, superb bar which feels like you are in a bygone era of elegance - would recommend the Belgian whiskey as a nightcap. My wife arrived a day later - they were waiting for her outside the entrance and received her with courtesy and a warm welcome. Room was lovely including the terrace. Location is second to none next to the canal and easy walking distance to all the main sites of Bruges.
There were 2 dirty towels among towels in the room of 400 euro per nights. When I mentioned it to the reception lady, she even did not say sorry!
