The staff was helpful and courteous. The rooms were clean! We had a small hiccup with the air conditioning in our room our last night. They sent someone right up to look at it, when it wouldn't work they moved us to a new room and when that air conditioner wouldn't work either, they came in, and replaced the unit completely. It was all done, quickly, quietly, and with so much kindness. We wouldn't hesitate one bit to stay here again!

Times Square is just a couple blocks up and the hotel staff was very friendly, very accommodating and just overall great with any problem that was had. 10000/10 would recommend booking your stay here!!!

This is one of my favorite hotel in Midtown. I have stayed here in most of my NYC trips. The rooms are larger than most, have a microwave, sink & min fridge. While some of the rooms are older (some have been updated) they are all large (by NYC standards) and clean. The service is always 10/10. From Jessica at the front desk and Mahendra and Jerry as concierge you can’t go wrong. I enjoy seeing them when I visit. I encourage you to stay here and see for yourself.
