Great stay at The Langham. We had a large, roughly 1,000 sqft room facing the Empire State Building, and the extra space made a massive difference for us traveling with a toddler. There was plenty of room to walk around safely without worrying about sharp corners. The location is ideal, and we spent a great evening hanging out near Bryant Park. Staff were polite and helpful the whole time. The lounge was super convenient for grabbing breakfast, picking up a quick bottle of water or some chips, or popping in for milk. Would happily stay again.

We had a great stay at The Langham with my wife and daughter. We booked vis Virtuoso and had early check in, late check out, free breakfast, $100 credit and a room upgrade. What we noticed the most is the front bell man have the best customer service and are super friendly! We have stayed at many NYC hotels and that stood out to us so much- it didnt feel like a typical NYC hotel in that regard. Room was great- bathroom great size but shower was a bit on the smaller end. Views were great as well. Gym was decent size with all new equipment. Highly , highly recommend this hotel when staying in NYC- you wont regret it.

Possibly one of the best hotels we have stayed at in a long time. The staff are impeccable…helpful, kind, attentive and discreet. We had two separate groups of celebrities staying at the hotel and they got the privacy and hospitality I’m sure the wanted. The location is great right on 5th Avenue close to lots of sites. Our room was massive….with an equally enormous bathroom and gigantic bathtub. The executive lounge with food, drinks and curated candy from Dylan’s was wonderful. The vending machine for the World Cup was a fun perk. The kids loved trying to win something and everyone cheered when a young boy successfully got a limited edition soccer ball just as they were leaving for the airport. I don’t love NYC but I would definitely come back just to stay at The Langham.

The Morgan Library, the New York Public Library, Madison Square Garden and Bryant Park are within a short walk, Grand Central Station is a 9-minute walk away, and the 34th St/Herald Square bus station is a 2-minute walk from the door while the metro station is a 6-minute walk.

The carpeted units have a king-size bed, a living room, a kitchen, air conditioning, central heating and a bathroom. A safe, a minibar, a desk, a fridge, a mini fridge, a tea/coffee station and an ironing set are provided, along with internet access, a telephone, a TV, a radio, a stereo system, a CD player and a DVD player.
