I had an amazing stay at Sofitel Strasbourg Grande Île. From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel welcome and genuinely cared about making my stay enjoyable. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always happy to help with anything I needed. My room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was super comfortable, and I slept really well every night. Breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of fresh and delicious options to choose from. The location couldn’t be better—it’s just a short walk from the cathedral, Petite France, and so many great restaurants and shops. What really made this hotel special was the people. Every team member I met went above and beyond with a smile, and you can tell they truly care about their guests. It’s those little personal touches that make all the difference. I travel quite a bit, and this was honestly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Sofitel Strasbourg Grande Île to anyone visiting Strasbourg. Thank you to the whole team for such a wonderful experience!

But the staff are very friendly, kind, and helpful. Because I have asthma, they helped us a lot to choose a room that was good for me. Especially Miss. Lou at the reception showed us all the rooms one by one in the evening and helped us find the best room for me. Mr. Christopher is a very friendly and sweet gentleman. We also want to thank Eva from housekeeping.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at the Sofitel. The hotel is perfectly located to many sites, restaurants and shops. The concierge here is wonderful! I had reached out via email prior to my arrival and he arranged a wonderful massage for me with an amazing masseuse. We enjoyed drinks and a light meal in the bar and the staff was wonderful and accommodating. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. I will stay here again when I return to this beautiful city.
