I really enjoyed my stay in Strasbourg, and the hotel’s location is the best thing about this hotel. You are literally steps away from all the main attractions, no need to take a tram anywhere. The rooms were quite small, as usual for French standards… but they definitely were comfortable and had all the necessary amenities of a 5 star hotel. The Clarins amenities in the bathroom were really nice. The breakfast was wonderful… high quality, excellent choice and wonderful service. Only thing I would comment about would be the spa access not being included in the room rate. In addition to this, improvements to the fitness could be made - such as the inclusion of more weights. Value for money wise, this hotel was not overtly expensive and is an excellent choice if you have the extra budget to spend on hotels.

We unfortunately only stayed on night and we arrived very late so did not have an opportunity to eat dinner there. We were travelling with family and they have this unique corner set up where two separate rooms are behind an additional lockable door. So if you travelling with family you can lock a door that leads into the public hallway but keep your room door unlocked. The room was smallish, but the bathroom was quite generous in size with a proper walk in shower. No banging your elbows everytime you turned around. The only point against, during the busy check in/out times they need more staff to expedite this process.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at with great service and amazing room as well as location. I was checked in by Flavio who was fantastic and great service. I was also helped by Emma who helped me with a lost ticket as well. The other thing was the A/C was perfect in the hot weather and in fact was TOO cold. The only issue I had was the gym was very lackluster and I had to go down street to a Basic Fit which charged 10 Euro per day. Would of been good if they upgraded the gym or at least provide a day pays to Basic Fit. Highly recommend this hotel specfically the suites.
