There were positives and negatives with staying at the Silk Path Hotel in Hanoi. My husband and I stayed there for three nights and had two different rooms. We found the beds very, very uncomfortable to sleep in, they were extremely firm. Although, the staff did offer to put a thick blanket on top of the mattress for us. The cleanliness was ok. There was a bit of mould in the bathroom and we found the main shower heads would spray water everywhere, making a mess in the bathroom. However, the staff were super friendly and welcoming and we enjoyed our buffet breakfast every morning. We wouldn’t stay here again, only because the beds were very uncomfortable.

I really recommend Silk Path Hotel. The hotel is situated in the heart of the Old Quarter and the service of the employees was amazing. So professional, kind and helpful. The rooms were great with everything we needed. Me and my dad rented the room with twin singles and had no issues with the size of the room or the amenities. Can not say enough good things about the hotel or the hotel staff.
The hotel is beautyfull, a very central location of Hanoi. small tips for tourists just a few steps away from the hotel, there is a very clean and convenient laundry shop, payment by card or cash is very ok. worth visiting to use the service. Kang 7 Days Laundry
