This hotel is in the perfect location. Right In the middle of Old Town Square, 5 min from the French Quarters and water Puppet Theater across from Hoàn Kiếm Lake with the Red Bridge. I stayed here for 7 days and I walked everywhere from this location. Also, the rooms are very clean and spacious. Customer service is superb. The price is extremely reasonable for the location and the rooms. I will definitely stay in this Hotel on my next visit to Hanoi. Highly recommended 👌.

We book a room at La Mandarina Travel & Spa, but unfortunately when we reached, it was unavailable at that time. The friendly attendant then transfer us to Lakeside Palace Hotel, which is their sister hotel as I understood. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable despite of it's old look. We only have problem with the water heater, when we turn it on, the hot water cannot be adjusted due to some reason. But, manage to find a way. The hotel is located very near to Haon Kiem lake, and very convinient to walk to the nearest tourist spots. They let you leave your luggage in the lobby after checkout. Highly recommend this hotel.
