I stayed here for two nights on a short trip to Xi’an, and honestly it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in China. Location: Right in the heart of the old city, close to major historical spots like the Bell Tower and Muslim Quarter — you can walk to most things or grab a taxi/metro super easily. Great if you want to explore Xi’an’s iconic sites without long transfers. First Impression: The lobby is classy and feels upscale without being pretentious. Check-in was efficient, and staff were warm and helpful with directions (good for non-Chinese speakers too). Rooms: Very comfortable and modern. Big bed, clean bathroom, good AC. Quiet even though it’s smack in a busy area. Housekeeping was on point — towels and amenities always replaced when needed. Breakfast & Dining: Decent selection with both Western and Asian options. Nothing crazy fine-dining level, but solid quality and helps kick off a busy day of sightseeing. Service: The staff actually went out of their way to explain local transport and good food streets. Didn’t feel like they were just going through the motions. Overall Thoughts: Stylish and comfortable stay. Central location is hard to beat if this is your first time in Xi’an. Worth the price if you want something reliable and pleasant without surprises. Who it’s best for: Couples, solo travelers, or anyone wanting a comfortable city base with easy access to food and sights. Not crazy cheap, but you definitely feel like you got your money’s worth out of it.
Serious issues with the Wi-Fi it's not a secure Wi-Fi. And it keeps cutting in and out very frustrating spa is overpriced and the pool is not in use at the moment.

The complimentary breakfast is excellent that is more than sufficient because there are a lot of choices. Unfortunately the swimming pool closed for maintenance. But everything is great!
