Sheraton Tunis Hotel

Madam Eya and Monsieur Nizar went above and beyond to make our stay special as they were so warm, attentive, and they remembered little details that made us feel cared for. But honestly, all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. You could feel the genuine hospitality everywhere in the hotel. The room was beautifully decorated for our honeymoon which was such a thoughtful touch that really made it feel romantic and celebratory. The hotel itself is comfortable with lovely facilities. Everything was clean, modern, and relaxing. Our room had a balcony which overlooked the city centre which was a highlight of the room! Location is perfect too. Super accessible to the city centre and the airport by a cheap taxi ride. No stress getting around at all.

Smooth check-in, but food & outdoor service need improvement We had a smooth, hassle free check-in and overall the stay was comfortable, but service around the food and beverage areas was frustrating. Since both main restaurants were closed, we had to eat our meals in the lobby. Drinks were served on the terrace, but service there was extremely slow—it took over an hour to get food and drinks, and at times no one bothered to take our order. On top of that, I was harassed by pool staff asking if I had pool access, even after showing my room key. The facilities and initial welcome were good, but the dining arrangements and outdoor service coordination definitely need work.
