Radisson Blu Hotel & Convention Center, Tunis

Definitely deserves 5 star in Tunisian standards. After seeing the conditions in my other hotel in Sousse which claims to be 5 star, Radisson is really a heaven to stay in. Staff are very helpful and quick to address our needs. Breakfasts were the best time for us. Bilel who brought us many delicious Tunisian tastes despite we didn’t ask. Also that beautiful lady whose name I cannot remember was really very polite. Thanks for hosting us during our time in Tunis.

Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The security staff at the entrance and the gates were the most helpful and welcoming; they were always friendly, and assisted with getting taxis and helped with baggage. No information in the room regarding restaurants or room service. Only one leaflet providing spa opening hours. No leaflet providing cost of spa treatments (this can be obtained in the spa itself). Treatments require booking in advance. No iron available in the rooms; have to pay for laundry/ironing service if required. Room cleaning was at a different time each day which was inconvenient at times. But they were very good and left the room spotless. Free cookies and dates in the lobby was a nice touch. Access to the gym and pools is free; sauna and jacuzzi require a small charge. The Indoor pool was almost always empty every time I went, so I had lots of quiet swimming sessions every day, which I really enjoyed. The spa staff are really friendly and helpful. Towels and gowns are readily available. There are four elevators/lifts, two of which stopped working by mid-week and required maintenance. This meant sometimes long waits for the lift. Overall a great relaxing stay and I would definitely come again. Some small improvements as above could improve ratings.

Such an amazing place!! The staff is amazing! Always smiling, always willing to help!! The rooms are at top standard! Fully equipped! Spacious!! Bathroom is clean and top!! The gym is also nice. Good equipment although there could be more weights there! The pools are amazing!!! Highly recommended!! The breakfast is on top of everything!! You’ll get everything that you want, no matter your diet or preferences!!! TOP HOTEL
