We had a wonderful stay at Sheraton and truly enjoyed our experience. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to help. The overall atmosphere made our stay relaxing and memorable. The breakfast was good and offered fresh, tasty options. It would be even better if there were a wider variety of dishes available each morning, Overall, we had a great stay and would happily return. Stayed for one night at Sheraton Sharjah Beach Resort & Spa, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The property has a calm and relaxing ambiance, making it a nice place to unwind. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety and quality of food. As it was during the Eid holiday rush, the resort seemed extremely busy, which may have affected the service experience. The staff were polite and welcoming with greetings, but I felt the hospitality could have been more attentive and guest-focused. Small gestures like assistance with luggage, a proper room introduction, or checking whether guests were satisfied would make the experience feel more premium and memorable. I had requested a queen bed but was provided with a double bed instead. However, I understand that holiday periods can be challenging due to the high number of guests. Despite these minor issues, the overall atmosphere of the resort was peaceful and enjoyable. I would definitely consider visiting again during a less busy period, and I believe the experience could easily become a 5-star stay then.
