In summery, the hotel is middle place between luxury and affordable with one of the best locations in Sharjah. In details: Parking: the hotel offers plenty of parkings so no hustle. Service: The receptionist and all the holte workers are friendly and have a big smile in thier faces. Room: I book a king size room. The room have a reasonable size. The view was city side is a moderate view. Food: i had dinner and breakfast, the food was a good verity but feels limited. However workers were very helpful specially since i had a baby with me. Pool and gym: the pool is small size but great for children. While the gym consider to be amazing for a hotel. The spa and sauna: They are available but did not try them. Recommendation: the sea side view of the hotel is amazing but limited, i would highly recommend to book a sea side view even if it have different price. The location of hotel near a lot of shops so jo need to bring many items since everything is a walk away.

I booked this hotel through Booking.com and, to be fair, the building itself is nice and reasonable for the price. However, the overall experience was very disappointing. The bathroom is old and clearly needs renovation, with visible rust and black stains around the bathtub and toilet area. When I arrived, the TV was not working and the kettle was also broken. The service is extremely poor. Almost every request I make is met with “no, it’s not allowed” or “it’s not available.” I have been asking for a spoon for five days and still haven’t received one. Even asking for something as simple as a spoon or knife feels like a problem. Any request takes hours to be handled, if it is handled at all. The food was also very disappointing. It had a strong refrigerator/freezer taste and tasted like it had been frozen for a long time. Unfortunately, the quality was very poor. The bedding had an unpleasant smell, and the towels were old, damaged, and clearly worn out from excessive use. The most serious issue, however, was housekeeping and privacy. Staff entered my room while I was sleeping more than once. Even after complaining, they opened the door again. Today, a male staff member opened the door and entered while I was inside. This is completely unacceptable and made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. Guests should have privacy, and staff should never enter an occupied room without proper permission. I am staying until tomorrow because of work, but I definitely will not extend my stay. The building has potential, but the poor service, lack of maintenance, low-quality food, and especially the privacy issue completely ruined my experience.

From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. A special shout-out to the receptionist team – they were warm, professional, and incredibly efficient with check-in, making me feel welcome right away. The great service continued at the restaurant. The entire restaurant team is attentive and friendly, but two people truly made my dining experience memorable. Captain Eldorjon runs the floor with impressive care and leadership, ensuring every guest is happy. And Yousef, our waiter, was simply superb – attentive, smiling, and always one step ahead. They are both absolute assets to the hotel. Thank you, Copthorne – I will definitely be back!
