I have had a wonderful experience at Hotel Centro Sharjah, and I would like to sincerely appreciate the amazing team who made my stay so memorable. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, with a welcoming and professional atmosphere throughout. The breakfast buffet team truly stands out for their exceptional hospitality. Thisum and Shehani were absolutely outstanding. They were attentive, friendly, and always ensured everything was fresh and well organized. A special thank you to Thisum for making me a very delicious hot chocolate one morning — it was honestly one of the best I’ve had. Shehani also suggested some unique dessert combinations I had never tried before, and they were absolutely delicious! I would also like to recognize Jovie, Keerthi, and Sint for their kindness and professionalism. They are very friendly and polite, creating a warm and welcoming environment every morning. A special mention to Jovie and Sint — they were especially helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Their positive attitude and genuine hospitality truly made a difference. In addition, Chathuranga, Remin, and Yun did a great job ensuring the breakfast service ran smoothly and efficiently. The teamwork among the staff is clearly visible and highly commendable. Lastly, a big thank you to Lahiru from housekeeping for his excellent work. The room was always kept spotless and well arranged, and his dedication did not go unnoticed. Overall, the team at Hotel Centro Sharjah delivers outstanding service. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again.

We had breakfast at Centro Sharjah by Rotana, and it was an excellent experience from the moment we arrived. The welcome was warm and genuine, and every member of the team was friendly, attentive, and always happy to help, even though it was a self-service buffet. A special thank you to Jovie, who made us feel especially welcome with her kindness and professionalism. That said, the entire team deserves recognition for their outstanding hospitality. The breakfast buffet had an amazing variety of delicious food, with plenty of choices for everyone. Everything was fresh, well presented, and enjoyable. The restaurant was also very clean, and the table setup was neat and well organized. Overall, we had a fantastic dining experience. Great food, excellent service, a clean and welcoming atmosphere, and a team that truly cares about its guests. We would definitely return and highly recommend breakfast at Centro Sharjah by Rotana!
