Sheraton Heathrow

I had a fairly enjoyable stay at the Sheraton Heathrow Hotel. The hotel is conveniently located for Heathrow Airport, the rooms are comfortable and fairly neat, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing. What made my stay particularly memorable was the relative professionalism of the staff. A special thank you to Alex for the warm, efficient, and professional welcome at check-in, which set the tone for a pretty wonderful stay. I would also like to sincerely commend Clato and Paula in the resturant and dining area for their exceptional service. They were consistently courteous, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring I had an excellent dining experience. Their professionalism and positive attitude are a real credit to the hotel. The only disappointment during my stay was that I accidentally left my personal comb by my bedside yesterday, and despite reporting it promptly, it could not be traced. I appreciate the reception team and management for making efforts to check with housekeeping, even though the item was not recovered. I hope the hotel can continue strengthening its lost-and-found procedures, as this would make an already good guest experience even better. Overall, this was a pleasant stay, and the quality of service provided by the team far outweighed this unfortunate incident. Thank you to everyone at Sheraton Heathrow Hotel for your hospitality. I would gladly stay here again despite the minor hiccup… and do recommend the hotel to other travelers.

This is not the Sheraton that you remember. Nicely appointed lobby and restaurant. Very good breakfast. Location is great if all you are concerned with is a quick drive to the airport. Otherwise it is isolated and remote from any dining or shopping. Room was small and overstuffed with a cheap armchair that clobbered all the space on one side of the bed. Fitness Center was a nice surprise. Pretty decent as these amenities usually go.

Great experience, check in so easy, room extremely comfortable - had a great nights sleep after a long haul flight. Restaurant- Cast Iron serves an awesome breakfast and at £15 per head is absolutely worth it. Staff on reception are friendly and helpful as are the staff in the restaurant- especially Luis who was our waiter for breakfast - nothing is too much trouble and taking time to chat with guests is most welcome. A great stay and will definitely be using the hotel - Sheraton at Heathrow on my next overseas trip.
