Radisson RED Hotel London Heathrow

Our stay was truly wonderful, made even more memorable as we were celebrating our anniversary. While we experienced a minor issue with the room lighting during a previous visit and a small problem with the shower when we first arrived this time, both were resolved promptly and with great professionalism. A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Limbraina from the Front Office for making our stay so special. She was exceptionally warm, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout our visit. It was such a pleasant surprise to discover our shared Goan connection, which added a personal touch to the experience. Her outstanding hospitality and professionalism made a lasting impression on us. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a memorable experience.

Would not stay here again. Unfortunately, our one-night stay was very disappointing. We chose this hotel because of its convenient location near Heathrow, but the cleanliness, service, and food were not up to standard. The room was not clean, with small gray hairs all over the floors, and the bathroom smelled strongly like a locker room. We arrived around 11pm and tried to order food from the bar, but were told we had to use the room phone to order room service as the kitchen had closed for the bar. The phone in our room didn’t work, so we had to go back downstairs. We were then told we could use the bartender’s phone. There was also a £7 room service delivery charge, which seemed excessive. Since we were already downstairs, we decided to pick up the food ourselves. The restaurant was completely dark, even though our order was being prepared. We had to walk through the pitch-black restaurant to the kitchen, where there were flies around the food and one landed on our tray. The food itself was also not very good. We also noticed dirty plates left on the hallway floors, which were still there the following morning. The location was convenient for the airport, but that was really the only positive. It was fine for one night, but we definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

The reception team provided first-class service throughout my stay. They were knowledgeable, approachable, and handled every request efficiently. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring guests have a positive experience was evident at all times. The warm welcome by Limbraina smooth check-in process, and consistent support during my stay exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel, largely because of the outstanding service delivered by the reception staff.
