Hyatt Place London Heathrow Airport

We booked one night and had an excellent experience. The staff upon check in was pleasant. As our evening in the lounge and breakfast the next morning continued, the staff, their service, and genuine concern for our well being got even better. The dining room was clean and spacious, and service for both dinner and breakfast extremely courteous. Smiles, courtesy, laughter really made us feel great. The runway views of Heathrow outstanding. The soundproof windows were completely effective. While the headboard on the bed had been damaged, and it is unclear whether the staff knew about it previously, the check out staff said they would address it. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This is a great airport hotel and was very close to the airport. The check in was so easy and efficient, the room fantastic and the food from the restaurant was superb. Who would have thought their restaurant served such great food. We had a great time just enjoying the food we ordered. Breakfast was included and again absolutely fantastic.

Throughout my stay, he was attentive, conscientious, caring, and always took the time to listen. His responses were timely, and he consistently provided a friendly and welcoming experience. Travelling for business can often feel impersonal, but Freddy always makes me feel like there is a familiar and friendly face at the hotel. He strikes the perfect balance between being warm and approachable while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. Freddy is a real credit to the Hyatt team, and his excellent customer service genuinely enhances the guest experience. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable Freddy.
