Our organization recently hosted a community, educational event at this hotel, for blood cancer patients and we had a wonderful experience. From the very beginning, the planning process was smooth and easy. The team was responsive, flexible, and willing to adapt to both our event needs and those of our attendees, which made coordinating everything so much easier. I especially want to recognize Yoshee Bernard, who took care of us on the day of the event. She truly went above and beyond in every way. She was incredibly attentive, proactive, and made sure everything ran seamlessly from start to finish. Her professionalism and kindness exceeded my expectations, and she played a huge role in making our event such a success. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which we weren’t aware of beforehand, and there was some construction noise in other areas of the property. However, I’m happy to say that none of it impacted our event or meeting space. The newly renovated guest rooms are beautiful, modern, and very comfortable. Thank you to the entire team for helping make our event such a positive experience. We would be happy to host another event here in the future.

Our room was on the top floor and it came with a balcony. The price is excellent, the view was amazing and its in a great location! Front Desk staff was amazing and provided EXCELLENT Customer Service! However, the bed was horrible, not comfortable at all. We didn't get a good nights rest because the bed was very lumpy. We tossed and turned all night. The Lady in the dining area on Sunday morning was very rude and agitated, because she was working alone, I guess ...but thats no excuse.

Before I do my review I’m noticing on all these reviews that this general manager pretty much says the same thing to everyone oh I apologize for this and that hope you give us another opportunity. Sr your hotel is less than a 2 star hotel with a 5 star price. This hotel should not be renting out rooms in these conditions. You need to close it down until you’re completely done with your cheap low budget remodeling. Whoever is in charge of this new design should be fired. We stayed Thursday in an old room then switched to a supposedly club 9th floor key access room. I’m thinking ok maybe this will be better. I weigh 160 lbs and when I laid on the bed I heard a crack not once but twice during our 4 day stay. The room was cheaply remodeled the lamp hanging over the ceiling with a cord exposed who designed that, and the Walmart table in the room with the imitation of marble in the bathroom. The flooring makes it feel not cozy at all. Stayed here 4 months ago and they were doing construction/ room remodeling. Stayed again last week, first I’ll start with the front desk guy who checked us in very unfriendly way he had no intentions of making us feel welcomed no smile just asked name of reservation, card, and here’s your room card. Never said anything about the restaurants or anything else. Get to the 3rd floor goodness the smell in that room. Go to take a shower bathtub had rust in the center. The floor had not been swept. The beds had lumps from the bed not made right. Everything so run down. The construction didn’t noise didn’t end until about 7 pm and then starts back up at 7 am the electricity went out as well on Friday. Can you imagine listening to that drill from construction since 7 am till 7 pm would you call that welcoming relaxatio, enjoyment. For a stay that was more then $700 dollars I think more then just a we are sorry for the inconvenience I hope you give us another opportunity isn’t gonna cut it Mr General Manager. I am accusing your hotel of false advertising take those pictures down of what your motel 6 style hotel used to look like and stop taking reservations. After a 10 hour drive and getting this is ridiculous and unacceptable. A
