Comfort Suites Central / I-44

My name is Brenda and stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. I was stranded my truck broke down and it was in the shop 1.5 miles down the road. Sue was a god send she made my stay so enjoyable. Yes it's not a favorable area. But the ladies that work there are extremely nice and try to maintain a worry free atmosphere. Within walking distance to restaurants and a gas station to buy snacks. Sue I want to personally thank you so much for your hard work and kindness.

Super friendly greeting by Sarah!! She asked right away if there's anything we needed. She told us where to get pool towels and we enjoyed a relaxing evening. The next morning Sue and Manisha were so friendly and accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for breakfast. The gravy for the biscuits was super salty (We couldn't eat it) but everything else was good. The breakfast area was kept up and cleaned and stocked. The rooms are dated and the carpet really needs a good scrubbing. The tissue cover was put over top of the box so we couldn't pull tissues easily. The bed was not a queen but it was comfortable. We liked how there was a little kitchenette in the room, But the sofa upholstery could use a good cleaning. Even though this facility is very dated, I would absolutely stay here again!

Absolutely awful experience at Comfort Suites Tulsa Central. This hotel somehow managed to fail at literally every basic responsibility a hotel has. First, they sold our reserved room out from under us — TWICE. Imagine arriving after a long day of travel only to be told the room you booked is suddenly unavailable. Then imagine it happening again. Completely unacceptable and unbelievably disorganized. The property itself feels neglected and chaotic. Multiple rooms were apparently out of service for “maintenance,” and the rooms that WERE available had issues like no AC and inconsistent hot water. The entire place felt dirty and poorly maintained. Security is nonexistent. During our stay, homeless individuals were wandering in and out of the hotel, and one person was openly letting their pets eat from the continental breakfast area. The parking lot turns into a circus at night — motorcycles revving engines and blasting music until 2 AM with nobody from management doing anything about it. To top it all off, while we were waiting at the front desk, another couple was reporting missing luggage they believed had disappeared after housekeeping entered their room. Whether it was incompetence or something worse, it was enough to make us extremely uncomfortable leaving any belongings unattended. This place is not remotely worth the money. Dirty, disorganized, noisy, unsafe, and badly managed. There are far better options in Tulsa. Avoid this hotel unless you enjoy stress, noise, and disappointment.
