Jo at the DoubleTree by Hilton Downtown Tulsa is one of those rare people who absolutely deserves to be recognized. After an entire day of delayed flights followed by a three-hour drive, I arrived at the hotel completely exhausted. Within moments of checking in, Jo completely changed the tone of my day. She welcomed me with genuine warmth, professionalism, and a level of hospitality that immediately made me feel appreciated. I spend well over 150 nights a year staying at Hilton properties across the country, so I’ve met a lot of front desk associates over the years. Without hesitation, I can say that Jo is the best Hilton employee I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Her positive attitude, attention to detail, and sincere desire to make guests feel welcome set her apart from everyone else. People like Jo are the reason guests become loyal to a brand. She doesn’t just do her job—she creates an experience that people remember long after they’ve checked out. Hilton should be incredibly proud to have someone like her representing the company, and I genuinely hope her leadership team recognizes what an incredible asset she is.
