An absolutely unforgettable 3-day stay! Plataran Bromo Resort made our entire family feel like queens from the moment we arrived until the day we checked out.The service here is world-class, and the staff truly goes above and beyond. We had the most memorable outings surrounded by spectacular, breathtaking views and a wonderfully crisp, cool atmosphere. It was the perfect mountain escape for our multi-generation group!The only minor suggestion we have for improvement is regarding accessibility. It would definitely help future guests if the resort could provide a buggy for the old folks, or install an elevator/lift to assist with the stairs leading up and down to the resort rooms. Navigating the steps was a bit challenging for the seniors in our family.Despite that, the incredible hospitality and stunning location made this an amazing trip. We highly recommend it!

Of all the luxury hotels I have stayed at, this was by far the best hotel experience I have ever had. The views, security, surroundings, atmosphere of the room, and hospitality were all exceptional. Everything felt close to perfect. This is the kind of hotel that gives you a reason to visit the area even beyond Borobudur itself.
